They are experts in the international market and will help to provide you with the best shopping experience from order placement to delivery. It’s still the same amazing George product, just delivered to you by Global-e.


Payment

What payment methods do you accept?

Global-e offers a variety of local payment methods that are familiar to you. View our delivery and payment page for the full list.

How do I apply a discount code?

Discount codes must be applied in the basket within “Got a promotional code”. Discount codes cannot be applied in the checkout.

How will my transaction appear on my bank statement?

Your transaction will appear as Global-e/George on your bank statement.

What currency will my transaction be in?

Your transaction will be in your selected currency, providing your payment method supports this.

Are duty and tax included in the prices shown?

For the majority of countries duty and tax are included in the item price. In countries where tax is specific to the delivery address this will be calculated at check out.

How do I get a VAT receipt?

A VAT receipt will be included in your order confirmation email, or submit a VAT form for another copy.

Can I sign up to George rewards?

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer George Rewards outside of the UK.


Cancelling And Changing An Order

Can I change my order?

You cannot make changes to items in your order after it’s been placed. If you need to change your delivery address, submit a delivery form and Global-e will let you know if the change is possible. Please note the new address must be within the same country as the original order. Don’t forget you can also return any unwanted items for a refund.

Can I cancel my order?

You may be able to cancel your order within 24 hours of placement. Submit a contact form and Global-e will let you know if a cancellation is possible. Don’t forget you can also return any unwanted items for a refund.


Where is my George Order?

When will I get confirmation that my order is on its way?

Global–e will contact you when your order is on its way.

How do I track my order after it has been dispatched?

Enter your order number and email to the Global-e tracking page to track orders for delivery outside of the UK. It may take 48 hours after dispatch for tracking to become available.

For orders delivered within the UK, a tracking link will be emailed once this is available, or you can find this information in your account. The country flag in the menu will need to show as UK to see this in your account.


Returns

What is your returns policy?

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase simply return it within 30 days for a refund. Excludes watches, jewellery and hair accessories.

How do I initiate a return?

Submit a returns form if you wish to return an item or request through the Global-e returns portal using your order ID and email address. Simply print the returns label, attach it to your parcel and return it with a carrier of your choice. You will need to pay the postage or carrier charges.

Can I return items ot a UK store?

Orders placed for delivery outside of the UK cannot be returned to a UK ASDA store.

How will I know when my refund is processed?

Global-e will email you with your refund amount once this is processed. The refund will be returned to the payment card you ordered with.

How long will does it take for a refund to reach my bank account?

Refund payments usually take 7 business days. If your refund has not been processed within 21 business days, contact Global-e to get this resolved.

I have received a damaged / faulty item.

Submit a returns form if you have received a damaged item and Global-e will take appropriate action. You do not need to return the item.

Do you offer exchanges?

We are unable to offer exchanges for orders outside of the UK. You can return items and order an alternative option.


How do I manage George marketing emails?

All marketing email preferences can be managed in your account.


Orders Delivered into the UK

Why are some products not available to buy in my country?

Not all products available on the UK website can be shipped to countries outside the UK; as we overcome that challenge more products will be available.

How can I place an order for delivery into the UK?

To place an order for delivery into the UK, you will need to change the country flag to United Kingdom. You will be re-directed to our UK website where you will need a valid UK delivery address.
