How do I do an online return?

Online returns are free . Go to your account . Select the items you want to return.

You will be emailed a QR code . Take this with you when you drop your returns in store .
3.

Put the items you want to return into one parcel . Try to use the original packaging if you can.
4.

Take your parcel and QR code to the collection point in your Asda store. Scan the QR code to print your label.
