Need to return or exchange an item you’ve bought?

We hope you’re completely happy with your George purchase; if you’re not, we’ll be happy to exchange or refund based on our process and policy below:

How to return:

- George items & Branded products

The quickest way to obtain your refund is to process your return via your order page. Select the item you wish to return, follow the instructions to print a label or request a QR code and choose how to return.

- Items from our trusted suppliers

If your item has been delivered direct from one of our trusted suppliers, you will receive a delivery note with your parcel showing clear steps on how to return. Alternatively, you can call our contact centre to arrange a return on 0800 952 0101.


How to exchange:

- Online home delivery orders:

You can arrange an exchange of any George item bought online for home delivery if the items are available, by calling our Customer Service team on 0800 952 0101 and selecting option 2. Lines are open seven days a week from 8am to 10pm.

- Click & Collect orders:

Only clothing items ordered online for Click & Collect can be exchanged in a George store if the items are available. Otherwise, they need to be returned for a refund. All non-clothing items also need to be returned to us for a refund. If your order was placed from outside of the UK, please visit our help centre.


Returns & exchange policy:

100 Day Satisfaction Guarantee

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your George branded clothing or homeware item purchased, simply return it within 100 days with your proof of purchase for an exchange or refund.

*This guarantee excludes electrical, games, jewellery, hair accessories, indoor and outdoor furniture and mattresses. Your statutory rights are not affected.

UK Mainland stores only.

Non – George Products (UK) only

Branded products that are non-George but are available from George.com are excluded from the 100 day satisfaction guarantee. These can be refunded or exchanged under our 30 day ’change your mind’ policy. The products must be unused and in a saleable condition, including any extra labels or additional components that came as part of the order.
