100 Day Satisfaction Guarantee
The 100 day satisfaction guarantee excludes hair accessories and pierced jewellery. Your statutory rights are not affected. This guarantee is subject to our full Terms and Conditions.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your George branded clothing item purchased, simply return it within 100 days for a refund.

You can return items via a carrier of your own choosing (we recommend a tracked service).
If you wish to amend or cancel your order, we may be limited as to what we are able to do. In certain circumstances we may still deliver the items and request you return them to obtain your refund. Our George Customer Care Team will guide you through the process.
