Olympic Update
Travel Disruption
If you live in London you are probably aware that over the period of both the Olympic and Paralympic Games there will be disruption to the transport services, however if you are going to watch the events you may not be aware how transport will be affected. To help we have provided a couple of useful links that will show you the impact on transport and how to plan for the event.
Delivery Disruption
During the games there will be restrictions placed on carriers which will reduce the delivery services we can provide. For all the affected areas during the games we cannot provide Named Day or Next Day services, you can still select our Standard Delivery service. This is usually a 3 to 5 day service however there may be unforeseen delays over the period so please bear with us if your delivery is outside of this time period.
Returns
Carriers will not be able collect returns during this period. You can use our Collect+ service for smaller items however for large items you will have to wait until this restriction has been lifted. We will have a short period between the Olympic Games finishing and the start of the Paralympics to collect larger items.
