I ordered these on-line for work but sent them straight back.
The sizing was all out; 7 too small and 8 too big. The heel felt wobbly and the toe was too pointy. An aerial view of the toe of the shoe should have been included to show this as it isn't obvious from the side profile.
The boot looks a bit like a black stiletto shoe put on over a long black sock in so much as there is a seam that runs around what would be the outline of the shoe and you pull them on and up the leg.
This isn't a bad thing in itself - if you like black suede stilettos, and the sock fit around the calf is actually quite flattering and just a little bit sexy.
These could have been gorgeous with a round toe and a chunky flared heel which would have made them a bit more Victorian kind of thing - I would have bought 2 pairs!

I have very slim legs and in the past it has been difficult to find stretch fabric boots that stay up. So when Isaw these online at a fantastic price I thought I'd give it a chance. Alas. The fitting and fabric were perfect. They looked like they would stay up from just trying them on in the store. However the style is much to be desired. It looks like a bad attempt at converting a shoe into a boot. Not a nice look at all. I had to return the boots.

This style of knee height boot is always useful to have to wear with dresses and skirts as the slimmer fitting is usually a more flattering look than a chunkier boot which goes better with jeans or trousers. They are also more suited to office wear or all day when indoors as they are not as utility looking and are a smarter option. I suspect that this pair will be marmite for a lot of people - love them or loathe them. For me, they were ideal as I wanted a lighter weight smarter looking boot that I didn't need to wear tights with when wearing a skirt or dress in a more formal setting.
The style is basically a court shoe with a soft material attached to make them into a boot, so the outline of the shoe is clearly visible close up. I found them a comfortable fit, both the shoe part and the sock part that rolls up the leg fitted well, but for those with very slim lower legs, the sock part may be too loose and keep falling down and for those with a larger calf, the fit may be a little too snug.

Lovely boots, look nice on and feel comfortable. Can wear under trousers/jeans or with a dress/skirt. Only one slight negative is they are quite long so go right up to my knees and I have to ruche them down a little and I didn't feel I had short legs.
But still lovely boots and a bargain at half price

They were not quite as I expected as they really are like a shoe at the bottom. However they are very good for the money and I would not send them back . I keep my best ones for going out but these are excellent for every day looking very smart

It has took me years to get these great fit ones again. Probably 10 at least. I can never be without again so am buying a spare pair. The design even fools to be a pair 10 times in value, well done.
