LEGO Star Wars - Yoda's Jedi Starfighter - 75168 is rated 4.7 out of 5 by 20.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Yoda figure This was the main reason for me buying it, the updated Yoda figure looks great and looks like Lego have finally found the perfect Yoda model! The ship is okay, but I prefer sets from the actual films, but still it was a fun model to build, and with a great Yoda and also R2-D2 included this is definitely worth the money.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Yoda's Starfighter This is a relatively simple build, for a fairly decent price. It builds into a reasonable representation of the starfighter flown by Yoda in The Clone Wars TV series. I like the TIE style front canopy piece and the discreet placement of the spring powered shooters. I do have a few problems with it though: 1) It is oversized, but I don't see how it could have been built smaller. 2) The cabin should be a sandy colour. 3) There is no detail whatsoever in the cockpit. I really don't see why Lego couldn't have supplied two stickers, one for each side, or printed pieces with some controls on. This is probably my biggest complaint with the set - all the other Jedi starfighters I have built have had controls in the cabin. 4) This isn't Lego's fault, as it is accurate to the episode, but it would have been nice to see a different astromech to R2-D2. 5) There is nowhere to store Yoda's lightsaber. Again, this is a feature you should usually see on a Lego Jedi Starfighter. I like the Yoda figure, it is the same as the 2013 one from the Dooku vs Yoda duel, and is much better than the clone wars one (although that one would be more accurate to this set).

Rated 4 out of 5 by from A Quick, Swooshable Build Bought this set out of intrigue more than anything else, as I didn't remember any scenes involving Yoda in a fighter, but figured it must've been from one of the Clone Wars Episodes. The set itself feels very nice in the hand and is easy to put together. Mine had a small mistake where there were 3 inverted 3x1 slopes and only one curved 3x1, but one BrickLink visit later fixed it and it's now nice and smooth. The spring-loaded shooters seem well placed and unlikely to get accidentally triggered, so that's good. What seems strange is that there's no place for Yoda's lightsaber anywhere, not unless you're comfy with sticking it through one of the Technic pins on the wing attachment points. In the end, I just took it apart and put the hilt behind him in the cockpit and squeezed the bar element behind his neck. You can still close the cockpit up normally and it looks nice. One other thing is, there are no real controls for him to use, or even a display panel in the cockpit. I used the left-over light gray 1x1 slope and the 1x1 dark gray plate with the trans-green stud on top to make a kind of control area for him which adds some texture inside (see included Picture for reference). Bonus points to LEGO for the extra lightsaber hilt and Technic cylinder connector, can never have too many of those.. All in all, I'd recommend this whether you're planning on just displaying it (the wings give it some nice posing options), buying it for the parts (Dark Green FTW) or just to play around the house like I know you'll want to (I'm 31 and still found time to smuggle it to the office and shoot people in the back). Heck, try it on the cat, the kids, the Missus (if you feel like you can escape quickly enough), it's a lot easier than the Naboo Fighter to carry around and lot less conspicuous too ;) Happy flying & hunting!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Another Awesome Star Wars themed LEGO Product! I've been building LEGO and LEGO sets since I was a child. I have revisited this habit as my daughter was growing and since discovered something wonderful... I'm an MS patient and have had issues with hand dexterity for many of my recent years. Building these sets is proving to be quite therapeutic both mentally/emotionally as well as physically! They take me about triple the time to build than nearly anyone else but I find it to be very enjoyable! The set itself has several pluses... A Yoda figure! An R2-D2 figure! Much better firing lasers than nearly all sets I've built (and that's an extensive list!)! Moveable wings and an overall great aesthetic look to it. Put simply another awesome Star Wars themed LEGO product! I recommend buying it before they retire it!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Fun Small Build Although I have not watched the particular episode of Clone Wars that featured this ship, the build looked interesting enough to give this set a try. Sometimes, the more obscure ships that do not appear in the main movies can be just as welcome as the main ones. The green highlights work well, and it produces a nice compact ship. The wings can be folded up or down to the desired shape. Two spring missile launchers have been included for play value. An extra missile is provided in the set as is Yoda's lightsaber. The cockpit opens outward from the top and the front and there is a slot in back for R2D2. This is a good ship for those who enjoy collecting Star Wars themed vehicles. It is also the best way to get Yoda for a fairly inexpensive price.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from I bought this set because I wanted the Yoda and R2-D2 minifigures and here they appear together in an affordable set. I didn't even realise until after I'd bought the set that I couldn't quite remember seeing Yoda ever piloting a ship? I thought it might have been in the prequel trilogy and I don't know those films as well. Turns out this ship is from season 6 of the animated series The Clone Wars, and that Yoda's Astromech droid on that journey is indeed R2-D2. The build was relatively challenging for such a small set, and the only repetitive bit was building the four wings. Only a few stickers, and the ones that are included add nicely to the design. The ship is quite an unusual colour for Star Wars, which I like. The finished ship feels sturdy and comes with a liftable cockpit roof, a cockpit glass you can lower, bendable wings and two spring-loaded shooters. The minifigures in this little set are fantastic! Yoda is exactly the right colour and has detailed eyes, slightly bendy rubber ears, short legs (non-bendable) and nice printing. R2-D2 looks very film accurate. Pros: - The minifigures are fantastic! - Fun and quite challenging build - The finished Starfighter looks great Cons: - Should have come with someplace to store Yoda's lightsaber I recommend this for all Star Wars Lego fans!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from One of LEGO's Best Starfighters! This Starfighter is one of my favorite ships LEGO has ever made for Star Wars! First off, I love the Yoda (he has a cool rubber head) and R2 D2 minifigs. The ship is made beautifully, with the amazing green and light grey color scheme, and the flaps on the sides that can be adjusted. The cockpit does open, and can actually fit Yoda, who's a standing minifig which is impressive. The shooting mechanism is cool as well, but be careful to not get hit haha. My only qualm is that there's not a way to store the lightsaber, but still, I highly recommend!
