Rated 5 out of 5 by from Better than its Big Brothers/Sisters I had a T80 which was an excellent machine but its footprint was massive in the kitchen and in all honesty was quite noisy. My Daughter gave us her Vivy 1 and what an impressive little Machine it has been Hammered for 2 years straight and i mean Hammered making 8 - 10 coffees a day, we have had 1 Nozzle replacement due to its rubber seal breaking but Bosch where Outstanding and sent a new part within 2 days. Just today the Pump/Pressure has gone and have had to get another Vivy this time we got the v2 which initially looks similar but is not it has a better nozzle and has no power on and off button but has Auto shutoff "it comes on when you open the pod lid" I have made a couple of Lattes and where back in business. Thanks Bosch for such a great product and service.

The red light in on constantly, i've descaled it but still it comes on, i can manage to get 1 pod through it then it comes on again.

Hi Jane Thanks for your query, If you have done the descale procedure correctly using descaling tablets which will take approximately 30 minutes. I would have to recommend you arrange an engineer inspection. The amber light at the top turns red when I push it so I am unable to make a drink or even clean the machine - can you help please?

Why does my Bosch. Tassimo coffee maker sometimes refuse to go to the green button to make coffee. Instead to remains on orange

Hi, thank you for contacting Bosch Q&amp;A. This should normally be if the t-disc is not inserted correctly or cannot read the barcode. We'd recommend cleaning around that area incase the scanner has some dust or debris from the discs that are used. If you still have an issue I would recommend contacting our customer services. Hi when cleaning my tessimo the water red light flashes and now stays on permanently even though done exactly as in diagram

It sounds like it may require descaling/cleaning, insert the service disc with descaler if needed. Pressing the start normally will take it through a clean. Pressing the start for 5 seconds will take it through a descale. Thank you for using Bosch.

Does the coffee machine only takes Tassimo coffee pods or different brands too? Do any pods come together with the machine when purchasing it?
