We are taking our responsibilities to respond to Coronavirus – Covid 19 really seriously. Looking after our customers and colleagues is our number one priority, which is why we are staying close to the advice from Government to make sure we are doing the right things.

In Our Shops

Just as you are at home, we are making every effort to try and help limit the spread of bacteria and viruses and have put additional cleaning materials in our stores. We have also asked our cleaners to focus on cleaning more frequently in the ‘high traffic’ areas. To make it easier for our customers to clean trollies and baskets before you use them, we are topping up the cleaning stations in our foyers even more regularly.

We're still offering our customers 100 days for free refunds, so that even through the disruption of everyday life, you can still have that extra bit of time to return anything that's not quite right.

Order Limits

Please be aware we may have to pause taking any more Clothing orders throughout the day. This is to help maintain social distancing in our Clothing warehouses.

Once we have reached our daily limit, you will not be able to place a Clothing order, but you will be able to continue browsing.

You will still be able to place orders across Home, Outdoor and Toys.
