Unfortunately, not everything we sell online is eligible for international delivery. Please note that the following products listed on our Site are not eligible for delivery to international customers (i.e. to locations out with the UK):

· Lingerie brands;

We take great care to reproduce descriptions and specifications provided by manufacturers accurately however occasionally we do make mistakes. In particular, please note that:

When you choose to place an order and proceed to checkout you will automatically be taken to a securely hosted Borderfree checkout to complete your order.

Once you've placed an order with Borderfree, they will provide email status updates on the progress of your order and you will also be able to track the progress of your order by visiting Borderfree's site here.
From time to time we may offer promotions on our Site or issue voucher codes to the general public allowing discounts on our products or services. Where applicable these promotions and vouchers are also valid for George products which have been placed with Borderfree for delivery outside of the UK.
For those promotions or vouchers which require a code to be entered upon checkout, this can be done at the point in your order journey when you are taken to the securely hosted Borderfree checkout.
We reserve the right to withdraw, cancel or refuse to accept promotional offers and vouchers at any time, either as a whole or in part.
Where possible, we will notify you of any withdrawal or cancellation in advance by placing a notice on our Site You will have no claim against us in respect of the withdrawal, cancellation or rejection of a promotion or voucher code and we shall not be liable for any financial loss arising from the same.
Borderfree are responsible for delivering George products to locations outside the UK. The terms and conditions on which Borderfree will deliver the products to you are set out here.
At the point at which you checkout your order, Borderfree will allow you to choose from a number of options with regards to your delivery method, duties and taxes which will alter the final total of your order; please ensure you are happy with your choices prior to completing your order with Borderfree.
Borderfree may offer discounts to shipping costs & contributions towards duties and taxes that you are required to pay for delivery of George products to locations outside the UK. If they do this we will notify you of this by placing a notice on our Site. By placing that notice we do not accept any liability and you will have no claim against us in the event that you do not receive the relevant discount or contribution and we shall not be liable for any financial loss arising from the same.
When you purchase a George product that is to be delivered to a location outside the UK, you are placing that order with Borderfree as such any returns will be governed by Borderfree's returns policy which is set out as part of their terms & conditions which can be found here.

Any queries that you may have in relation to your purchase will initially be dealt with by the George Helpdesk, who will do their best to resolve the query on behalf of Borderfree. Where your query cannot be resolved by the George team, we will automatically refer it to the Borderfree Customer Helpdesk.
