Returns & Exchange Policy

We hope you’re completely happy with your George purchase; if you’re not, we’ll be happy to exchange or refund based on our policy below:

100 Day Satisfaction Guarantee

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your George branded clothing or homeware item purchased, simply return it within 100 days with your proof of purchase for an exchange or refund.

*Excludes non george branded items, watches, jewellery, hair accessories, part assembled flat pack furniture and mattresses. Your statutory rights are not affected.

UK Mainland stores only. Excludes franchises.


30 Day Satisfaction Guarantee

How to return

To return a George.com item, please follow the steps below.



FREE returns to any ASDA store
 
  1. Complete a Returns Note

    This will be inside the parcel with your delivery. Misplaced? Sign in to your george.com account where you can print a new one.

  2. Prepare your package

    Fill in your returns note and include it in the box. Ensure sticky label is placed on the outside of the package.

  3. Return to any ASDA store

    Go to the toyou return point in store or speak to customer services to process the return.

  4. Keep an eye out for your refund

    You will receive confirmation via email. The refund will show once cleared with your bank.

     

Return by post  
 
  1. Complete a Returns Note

    Make sure you include the returns note and place the sticky label on the outside of the package.

Please note Only items that are 50x30x30cm and less can be returned through the Collect+ service.

  1. Complete a Returns Note

    This will be inside the parcel with your delivery. Misplaced? Sign in to your george.com account where you can print a new one.

  2. Print returns label + Prepare your package

    Print from the collect+ website.

  3. Return to any Collect+ location

    To find your nearest store, please click here. *Remember to keep your proof of postage.

  4. Keep an eye out for your refund

    You will receive confirmation via email once we’ve received your parcel. The refund will then show once cleared with your bank.
