Returns & Exchange Policy

We hope you’re completely happy with your George clothing purchase; if you’re not, we’ll be happy to exchange or refund based on our policy below:

100 Day Satisfaction Guarantee

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your George branded clothing or homeware item purchased, simply return it within 100 days with your proof of purchase for an exchange or refund.

UK mainland stores only. Excludes franchises.

*The guarantee excludes hair accessories, pierced jewellery, mattresses and indoor & outdoor furniture. Your statutory rights are not affected.This guarantee is subject to our full terms and conditions @ George.com

To make returning this item to any ASDA store as simple as possible, please follow the steps below.

 

  1. Complete a Returns Note

     

    This will be inside the parcel with your delivery. Misplaced? Sign in to your george.com account where you can print a new one.

     

  2. Prepare your package

     

    Fill in your returns note and include it in the box. Ensure sticky label is placed on the outside of the package.

     

  3. Return to any ASDA store

     

    Look out for a toyou return point or speak to customer services.

     

  4. Keep an eye out for your refund

     

    You will receive confirmation via email. The refund will show once cleared with your bank.
