100 Day Satisfaction Guarantee

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your George branded clothing or homeware item purchased, simply return it within 100 days with your proof of purchase for an exchange or refund.

*Excludes non-George branded items, watches, jewellery, hair accessories, part assembled flat pack furniture and mattresses. Your statutory rights are not affected.

30 Day Satisfaction Guarantee

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your non-George branded item purchased, simply return it within 30 days with your proof of purchase for an exchange or refund.

Processing your return

The quickest way to obtain your refund is by returning your parcel to an Asda store. Sign into your order page and let us know what you’re returning.

How to exchange

Exchanging items in a store

If you need to exchange an item for a different size or you would like to swap for a different item, no problem, you can now pop in to a store to do this.

To exchange your items, please remember to take the delivery note that was included in your parcel with you. You need this as your proof of purchase.

If any items were bought at full price that are now on sale, the difference will be refunded on to an Asda Gift Card. Please note that we are only able to offer in store exchanges for George clothing items.

Arranging an online exchange

If you can't get to a store you can also arrange an exchange for your George items by calling our Customer Service team on 0800 952 0101, press option 2 for George.com. Lines are open Monday to Sunday 8am to 10pm.

Please note that we are not able to offer an online exchange for Click & Collect orders.
