How do I do an online return?

1.

Online returns are free. Go to your account. Select the items you want to return.
2.

You will be emailed a QR code. Take this with you when you drop your returns in store.
3.

Put the items you want to return into one parcel. Try to use the original packaging if you can.
4.

Take your parcel and QR code to the collection point in your Asda store (Excludes Asda Express). Scan the QR code to print your label.

How else can I return items?

1. Enclose the delivery note in your package. This can be found in your original package or print a new returns form .
2. Address your package to:

3. Pop your returns form into your package.
4. The post office will charge you. Ask for proof of delivery tracking and keep it safe.

1. If your order was delivered to your home, call us on 0330 053 0111 to arrange a pickup.
2. Package the items. Attach the delivery and returns .
3. The driver will collect your parcel at the agreed time.
4. Once we receive the parcel, your refund will be on its way.
