DescriptionThe grapes were harvested from low yield-bearing bush vines from the Helderberg and Paarl regions. The blocks were divided in two sections and the canopy was left without removal of any shoots.

Rated 5 out of 5 by wineamateur from Excellent taste and value for money My wife and I stayed at the Kleine Zalze wine estate and discovered this wine at one of the restaurants on the estate. I do not usually drink white wine but this chenin blank has brought me back to drinking white wine again. It really is delicious and I was delighted to see that ASDA stocked it here in the UK. So often you buy a wine here that you've sampled overseas and it lets you down - but not this one. It really is terrific - try it!

Rated 5 out of 5 by Cutgrass from Memorable A first class wine. Having stayed for 3 months at the De Zalze Vineyard in Stellenbosch the wine brought back fond memories of full flavoured white wines, sunshine and wonderful scenery.

Rated 5 out of 5 by AsdaWine from Great Chenin Blanc I wasn't a big fan of South African wines as I had previously found them either lacking acidity or a bit woolly. I then tried this cracking wine, its crisp, dry, refreshing and has fantastic citrus fruit flavours. Its now a firm favourite.
