To help us make returning this item to any ASDA store as simple as possible, please follow the steps below.

1. Complete a Return Note.

   You should have received this in the package when you got your items. If this is missing, you can print a new one.

   If you don't have access to a printer, please copy the details onto a piece of paper.

2. Prepare your package.

   Make sure to include Return Note and affix the address label to the outside of the package.

3. Return to any ASDA store.

   Speak to customer services or look out for a toyou parcel return collection point.

4. Keep an eye out for your refund.

   This may take up to 10 days.
