1. Complete Returns Note

   This will be inside the parcel with your delivery. Misplaced? Submit return option to print new one.

2. Print Returns Label & Prepare Parcel

   Visit collectplus.co.uk/asdareturns to print your label.

3. Return to any Collect+ Location

   Visit collectplus.co.uk/asdareturns to find your nearest Collect+ location.

   *Don't forget to keep your proof of postage.

4. Lookout for your Refund

   You'll be sent confirmation via email once we’ve got your parcel. Your refund will then show once it has been cleared with your bank.
