  1. Complete Returns Note

    This will be inside the parcel with your delivery. Misplaced? Submit return option below to print new one.

  2. Prepare Parcel

    Include your completed returns note in your parcel and make sure the sticky label is placed on the outside of the parcel. Returns address:

  3. Return to any Post Office

    Don't forget to keep your proof of delivery.

  4. Lookout for your Refund

    You'll be sent confirmation via email once we’ve got your parcel. Your refund will then show once it has been cleared with your bank.
