George 100 Day Quality Guarantee

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your George clothing purchase, simply return it within 100 days with your proof of purchase to any Asda / Asda Living store, or by post for an exchange or refund. This guarantee includes all clothing ranges but excludes all accessories (not made of cloth), all footwear, all jewellery and George bedding and home products, the normal 28 day return policy applies to these exclusions with the exception of bedding which cannot be returned unless faulty or misdescribed, due to hygiene reasons.

Returns Process

We're sure you'll love your George purchase however if you need to return anything to us please use one of the following options:

You can take your item to any Asda Superstore or Asda Living store along with the Despatch Note you received in your parcel and the Debit / Credit card which you used to buy the goods. We will refund the purchase price of the returned items or exchange for another item if you prefer. Product marked "Online Exclusive" cannot be returned to store.

You can also return the purchased item to an Asda Supermarket store where you have collected the product from the store (all store details are available on the Asda store locator).


Return by Post

You can send your product back to us including the Despatch Note you received in your parcel via the Post Office at the address shown below. Please note that the Post Office will charge you for this service and we recommend that you ask for a free Certificate of Posting and take a note of the Order number on the Despatch Note as this may help us keep track of your parcel. Your refund will be credited back to your Debit / Credit card when we receive your parcel. Your statutory rights are not affected in any way.
