Timescale

Once you receive confirmation of your order via email, your delivery should be made within the time frame indicated on the product page.

Plants are living things and we take great care in delivering each one. Each plant is delivered in specialist packaging to ensure that it arrives in perfect condition.

Delivery Exclusions

The majority of our products can be delivered to the whole UK (mainland only). Products that cannot have the exceptions indicated within the specific products details.

Charges

A flat rate charge of £4.95 generally applies.

However, some larger items and items that require special transport may have a different rate or no charge at all. Details will be made available at time of adding these items to your basket.
