Monitoring of Colleagues' use of their Colleague Discount Card

Colleague discount spend is monitored at individual card level (e.g. card name, number, amount and date of spend) by the corporate security teams for the purposes of ensuring compliance with this policy. Whilst Asda do not monitor what products are purchased by Colleagues as a matter of routine, we reserve the right to do so if we have grounds to suspect that the card is being misused. The information/data held on our systems with regard to the usage of cards will be processed fairly and lawfully and in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.

Any breach of these rules by yourself or your nominated user is regarded as misuse of the Colleague Discount Card Scheme and may result in disciplinary action which could include your dismissal from Asda.
