Angelcare® was founded in 1997 by a first-time father who quickly understood how worrying it could be to care for a newborn child. Dissatisfied with the selection of baby monitors available to them at the time, founder Maurice Pinsonnault and his wife wanted a monitor that could go one step further. One that could detect movement, especially the subtle movements babies make when they sleep. And so, with cutting edge technology and hard work, Angelcare®’s first baby movement monitor was born.
