You can go to www.asda.virtualdelivery.co.uk and enter your order details (email address, order number and billing post code) to re-send the iTunes voucher.
How do I find my Asda order number?
You can find your order number by logging into your account, or by taking a look at your order confirmation email.
What if the search page gives me an error that says 'Your digital product was not found with the information you entered'?
This means that the details you entered to find your purchase in the Asda Virtual Delivery site are either incorrect or your order hasn't been processed yet (it can take upto 48 hours for the iTunes voucher to become available). Make sure you've entered the correct email address, order number and billing post code and have waited 48 hours.
To access an eGift Card, go to www.asda.virtualdelivery.co.uk and enter your order details (email address, order number and billing post code) to re-send the iTunes voucher. You will need to be connected to a printer to print out the certificate.
What if my Code has the message: 'Your order was not valid and has been cancelled'?
This means that your order had some issues during processing. You will receive an email from Asda Direct detailing why the order has been cancelled.
What if my Code has the message: 'This item has been returned.'
This means that your code was returned. You will receive an email confirming the return from Asda Direct.

Access your order through www.asda.virtualdelivery.co.uk and select the 'Send as Gift' button next to the code you would like to send. Fill out the persons email address and select 'Send'.
