Return Your Unwanted Christmas Gifts Hassle Free to Asda Direct

You can return any of your unwanted Xmas gifts up to 28 days after purchase by choosing one of the three methods below :-

Return to Store

If you collected your item in store you can return it to the store you originally collected it from. Please ensure that when you do return to store you take your original Advice Note. We will be happy to refund the purchase price of the returned items.

Return via Collect+

Asda have partnered with over 4500 Collect+ stores using a fully tracked return service. To use this service please click here.

Return via Royal Mail

You can post the item and the original advice note to:

Please note that the Post Office will charge you for this service and we recommend that you ask for a free Certificate of Posting as this may help you if your parcel goes missing whilst in their distribution network.

For large Items Ask ASDA to Collect

If your item is too large for posting you can call us on 0800 952 3003 (Calls are free from a BT landline, calls from other service providers and mobile networks may vary) between 8am and 8pm, 7 days a week where our Customer Advisors will provide you with a Returns Number and arrange for a collection from your address. It is important that you ensure that the item is suffi ciently well packaged so that it will not get damaged in transit or our drivers may refuse to collect the return.

Deliveries over the Festive Period

We will of course be delivering over the Christmas New Year period however our delivery lead times will be a little longer.
