This was amazing. Amazing. All of the figures were great, and both planes/ helicopters were really nice. I had absolutely no problem with the set "after it was built" and all it was was lexe's head. almost never did lex not "smile" during the movie and he looked older than he was in the movie. So all I did was got one of my smiling clones heads from star wars, and then we had a smiling Lex. But during building it was quit hard for me to finish the wings to batman's plane, but got it.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Lynxy Super set. Drives me bats!
A wonderful set based on the new movie "Batman V Superman: Dawn of Justice". The main draw for me was the exclusive figures of Superman (my personal favourite superhero), now sporting red boots, and Wonder Woman, who is only available in this set.
The batwing is gorgeous, with a huge wingspan and a spot on design perfectly replicating how it looked in the film. The cloth cape on Batman also means you can safely put him in it's cockpit without worrying about the cape creasing as it would with the older capes.
The problem I have with this set however, is how drastically inaccurate it is to the film scene it is meant to be depicting
The actual scene of the film has the super trio fighting the moster Doomsday, who is blatantly missing from the set, instead replaced by a bright green Lexcorp helicopter. The set was unveiled before Doomsday had been announced so I'm assuming it was down to LEGO not being aloud to show him.
Overall, this is a fantastic superheroes set, giving you the complete DC Trinity and an awesome new Bat-vehicle.

Rated 5 out of 5 by sensei5700 The Red Capes are Coming!
This is definitely a great set. Not only does it have a greatly-built Batwing and LexCorp helicopter, but it also contains 5 amazing minifigures! Certainly my new favorite DC Comics set.
The Batwing in this set is very well done. I feel like it's very accurate to the movie and has a few solid play features. However, there are also a few unfortunate flaws about the Batwing. For example, the cockpit of the Batwing, when first assembled, made a loud creaking noise when opened. Luckily, there is a way to fix this problem- simply run water over the cockpit piece and connector and move it around quickly. This will fix both the creaking issue as well as eliminate some (but not too much) friction from the pieces. The only other problems are that the folding wings feature doesn't always work perfectly (which can also be fixed with a little water!) and the underside of the wings don't look very great, but that's to be understood. Other than that the Batwing is a really amazing model. Batman fits well into the cockpit and can be taken out easily, which is always nice to see. The gatling gun on the front of it is also pretty cool for play, as well as it being very accurate to the movie. Overall, despite it's flaws this is a really good representation of the Batwing and is worthy of a good rating.
The LexCorp helicopter, while not being perfectly accurate, is definitely something to be noted. The part about it that I like most is the fact that it's different from other Lego helicopters- not the same overall structure- which is very much appreciated every once in awhile. I also like the use of the Speed Champions canopy piece as the windscreen of the helicopter. Although not as accurate as the Batwing it's another good build and adds lots of playability to the set.
Lastly, the minifigures- the best part of this set by far. The new Batman is great and along with Superman has dual-molded legs, which was a nice surprise. The printing on both Batman and Superman is very detailed. I also really like the new face for Superman and the new hairpiece as well. Lois Lane is nice, not much to be said about her except that she's certainly a large improvement from the last version. Lex is also very good, but his face could be more expressive in my opinion. Of course Wonder Woman steals the show- clearly the best minifigure in this set. Excellent printing, a new hair piece, and a very nicely done shield as well. Overall a phenomenal figure selection- although it's a shame there's no Doomsday figure.
In conclusion I think this set is great. Good value, lots of playability, and one of the best figure selection of the 2016 year so far. Keep up the good work, Lego!

This set is awesome. The best minifigure is Superman with the red boots and the new hair piece. Batman's suit definitely looks great and the new cowl also looks good ,but what happened to Batman's smile. The Wonder Woman minifigure looks great and the shield is exceptional. The batwing is very nice and sturdy. I also
love the fold-up feature. This set is great.

I have given this set a 4 brick rating as I feel it is a great set with some notable flaws. If you don't really want to spend too much time reading this, I have compiled a "Pros & Cons list" at the end of this review. First of all if you are a Lego enthusiast and a fan of DC Comic's characters, Batman and Superman this set is a must. It includes two incredibly well made figures of the two DC heavy hitters as well as an amazing Wonder Woman mini figure. It also includes Lois Lane and Lex Luthor which are... Well I would say average. Which is being kind. The Batwing itself is aesthetically pleasing and for younger audiences has a descent amount of play features. My one major complaint is the door of the Batwing. It's mechanism generates a lot of friction and if it under goes a lot of use I suspect wit will break. Perhaps this is an issue with the batch of sets that went out. The LexCorp kryptonite chopper is just average and is really dull in comparison to the Batwing. But it is a fun bonus. Overall I would definitely recommend you buy this set.
- 3 great minifigures
- The Batwing is good looking
- It has some great features
- The chopper isn't great
- 2 bland minifigures
