I always buy Asda George school uniform for my kids as I love the quality and the price. My son aged 5 needed new trousers, usually I buy him 5-6, they were getting too tight around the waist, so I picked up a 6-7. They were the same waist band as the 5-6, I took them back and picked up the 7-8 knowing that these would be far too big but with the adjustable waist and can hem them up. When he tried them on, they were too tight again! Now he's only an average size 5-6 so I think George needs to sort out there sizing issues and until then I'll be shopping somewhere else for the kids clothes.

Rated 5 out of 5 by kikida A very good value for my money!!!
For many years I prefer Asda school trousers. They have a very handy adjustable button system with an elasticated band that makes transitions between sizes easily achievable. Children are growing in very fast burst sometimes, so when I see my sons trousers getting shorter, but trousers still fit on their waist, I buy a size up and use the adjustable band to take care of the fitting. The fabric quality is good enough, so it can last up to the next size. When unable to find their sizes at my local Asda store, I use Asda Direct that provides amazing delivery speeds!!!

Rated 4 out of 5 by ruby grey school trousers
I purchased these trousers in black and the fit was big on the waist. The waist is adjustable so not a problem. The quality is excellent, not cheap looking at all. I purchased these in the ash colour and they were tight on waist. Same trousers, same style just different colour. I ordered 5 pairs, and all the same. My son is wearing the black in same age and style that are too big on waist? If the grey were the same fit would have been 5* for everything. I can't see how a colour of a trouser can make the size so different. Its a shame because I prefer the grey/ash colour. Asda needs to look at both trousers in the black and the ash age 6/7 years and can see for themselves. I am always very happy with George school uniform.

I come from the Island of Malta where uniforms are extremly expensive so i make it a point that i either go over to the UK - straight to asda or buy on line all the uniforms i need from Asda for my four children.I been shopping from George Collection for few years now and they were always good quality, good prices and good service.I have recomended them to my Maltese Friends who come to the UK shopping often as well. Thank you for your good service..from a very fond client of yours.

Rated 5 out of 5 by earthmother1975 Well cut trousers with room to move
So many boys school trousers seem to be cut really skimpily these days, and I struggle to get a good fit even on my skinny son, let alone the 'average' one. Asda are the only brand we've found (and we've tried most of them) to make them with room to move - which for young boys is a necessity. Add the adjustable waist and they can't be beaten. They wash and wear well and are the first trousers we've had in years to complete a term without a dropped hem or split seam.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Mariyah15 Average trousers
I bought these recently as my 4 year old son repeatedly comes home with a big hole in the cheaper version trousers that asda do. These seem better quality material and I hope fingers crossed they last longer than the cheaper ones. My only issue with these are that as my boy is only 4, but tall for his age, asda stop doing the belt front ones after age 5, and these clip fastening ones which are intended for older boys, he finds hard to fasten himself at school.

Rated 5 out of 5 by MCHA VERY GOOD VALUE FOR MONEY!
THESE ARE GOOD QUALITY BOYS SCHOOL TROUSERS AND THE ADJUSTABLE WAIST IS VERY USEFUL, MY 13 YEAR OLD SON IS SLIM AND TALL AND ALREADY IN SIZE 15 TROUSERS BUT THE WAIST IS OFTEN TOO WIDE FOR HIM SO THESE ARE REALLY GOOD. THEY WASH WELL , IRON WELL AND ARE A VERY GOOD QUALITY. THE PRICE IS GREAT AND IN TERMS OF THE QUALITY THEY ARE AS GOOD AS MANY OF THE MORE EXPENSIVE BRANDS! BECAUSE OF THE LONG LEGS I'VE TRIED THE LOT BUT WILL NOW STICK WITH THESE!

Rated 5 out of 5 by bobbles1 Great value & quality school trousers
I've bought these trousers for all three of my grandsons. They are absolutely
excellent value, quality and fit. The way boys are with school clothes I always
get them these trousers as they are every bit as good as
good as other much more expensive school trousers. Also the
Asda direct system is very handy. As my grandsons are 4, 8 & 10 I am sure
I will need to keep buying school trousers as they are growing
at a very fast rate!!!!
