Rated 3 out of 5 by MrsF Bright & colourful but disappointing!
Received this lion for my 10 month old, but my 2 year old has also been playing with it. It looks great, the colours and lights really attract the attention of children, but the wheels don't move particularly freely. Making it a bit of an effort for a child to wheel along on, even on hard floors.

My son loves playing with his new lion, I love the fact that it is unisex, as well as the fact that children can ride on it or push it along. My son loves to ride it. It has various music and teaches numbers, colours, the alphabet and songs. it has button numbers and a heart shaped nose that they can press. the flower turns and the butterfly's wing flap. My son enjoys feeding the lion the 3 balls that came with it, as he loves balls. The switch to turn it on or off is on the back of it's head which is easy to reach and it stops making noises when he stops playing with the lion.

My girls were two and a half when they recieved this so I thought slightly too old for it. However, they've loved whizzing all over the place with it and enjoyed the built in activities - buttons to press, music and balls. Wish they'd got it when younger as would have been money well spent as would be used for years!

I received this lion for free to try and I'm so thankful and happy for this. Both my 6 months old little girl and my 4 years old little boy love all the sounds, songs and lights and colours coming from this "mobile" lion. The songs are very pretty and it's very funny for my children to open his mouth and put the little plastic balls inside. Although I can't give a 5 stars reviews for a few reasons. The first is because the plastic doesn't look very sturdy at some points. Also I would have loved some better quality wheels for it. The third problem is the mouth that used to play some songs or sounds stopped working very soon without a clear reason.
I'm sure this toy is lots of fun and I love the fact that my children can play with it for long time, with buttons for years and also pushing it or as a ride on.

Wow what a great toy was loved but different age groups from 3months to 3 years. The bright lights on the lions head was perfect for my 3 month niece to track she sat in front of it with her cousins for ages enjoying it. The lion was easy to change from a walker to a sit and ride and my son loved he could use it both ways. The added feature of the balls that you pop in the lion mouth was great and everyone enjoyed that

I got this a few weeks ago and it is fantastic! My toddler loves it. He is a wobbly walker and the encouragement from the lion seems to have him running round the house! I like the fact that it is a sit and play toy also as he has lots of fun popping the balls in again and again, and pressing the lions nose for songs and lights, and isn't just a bulky walker sitting in the corner. He hasn't quite mastered the sit and ride aspect but I can see this being a big hit once he gets the hang of it! Overall the lion has been a big hit in our household with my older children and us enjoying playing with it alongside the toddler.

On receiving the sit stride and ride lion I was a little concerned that my little boy was too ld for it and it was too babyish for him. He is 2 so within the given age bracket but as he has an older brother he plays with more grown up toys. However I needn't have been concerned as from the moment the lion was built my little boy was smitten and it actually reminded me that he is only 2.
The lion requires some assembly so you need to have a Phillips screwdriver at hand. My husband put it together and found the instructions clear and easy to follow and the lion was ready to roll in around 5 minutes.
The lion has bright lights that flash as it moves and it sings a number of cheery tunes which includes the alphabet songs. The lions mane is made up of the numbers 1-10 which on pressing plays the number and on a second pressing the colour. So has a great educational element to the toy.
You can push balls in the lions mouth and they pop out at the bottom my boys love doing this and it keeps them occupied for ages.
As my little boy is only 2 he won't use the walker to assist in learning to walk but he does like pushing it around and as it manages with his speed and some erratic turns I think it would be sturdy enough for a little one taking their first steps. It has wide wheels which stop it going too fast. My son uses the ride on part the most and finds it easy to get on and off and ride along.
What's good about the lion is its sturdiness, it's bright colourful appearance means it's a cute addition to your living room and It has a lot of features that keeps children entertained whatever their age. Being a walker and a ride on means you only need to buy the one which saves on money and space.
The only very slightly negative comments I would make about the lion are the balls are quite hard to push in some younger children may find this frustrating. The flipper and spinner are look like they should have a squeaker or be able to push in but they don't this would have been a good addition as am sure many a child will try.
The pros of this toy out weigh any negatives by a mile and I would definitely add it to a list of toys to buy for new parents.
