I got this as a Christmas gift and was really excited to star building. It took my about an hour to build and turned out very sturdy.
3 cool Minifigures
Spring loaded shooters
Doesn't come with lego cyber crystals like in the movie
All in all it was a very good product! for anyone who's looking for a rouge one set I definitely recommend this set. Thanks for making such an awesome set Lego!

Rated 5 out of 5 by BasedTarquin Great Value, Great Set
I received this building set as a gift for Christmas, and was quite pleased, as after watching Rogue One I found the Hovertank to be an awesome addition to the Star Wars Universe. I believe this set to be good value, coming in at just under 7 cents per piece, and was certainly fun to build, let alone play with. I am a toy photographer, and have found that the set makes for an excellent set piece. I'll cover the Pros and Cons of the set below.
Figures are awesome, well detailed
Looks accurate to the movie
Rolls smoothly on surfaces
Can house the tank commander and driver
Comes with storage crate
Comes with a main character from the film
More than enough blasters for you or your youngster's arsenal
The interior of the tank is a tad bare, with internal, non-grey bricks visible and no control panels or interior clips for holding blasters.
The rear of the tank, sides of the cockpit, and back of the cockpit are all also lacking in detail, and tan plates are visible from the rear, giving an odd look, if you care about that.
The hatches are also very large, and the top one looks odd if you leave it open to allow the commander to peak out.
Other than the above mentioned flaws, the set looks great, is fun to play with, and if you add in more stormtroopers, is very fun to recreate scenes from Rogue One with. I would recommend this set for all ages, with it having the ease of building for children, but also looking great for adults who wish to display it. For the price, you get a great looking model, and some awesome minifigures. This set gets a 4.5/5 rating.

Rated 3 out of 5 by Nekki Nice display model
This model isn't really that exciting. Obviously get this if you are a Star Wars fun. It's super easy to build but it's not that fun to play with. So I'd say build it if you want something cool to display in your home. I think it's a bit overpriced for what it's worth at the moment. But this is a good model to build to kill spare time.

Rated 5 out of 5 by SwAGAMASTA great set
this is the best set in this wave of sets it is a great price for the amount of pieces and its pretty big. I would definitely recommend this to anyone. But the people are mediocre, the troopers helmets are a little on the bulky side (they are storm troopers so it's what you should expect) . Chirrut Îmwe skirt element is awkward and his staff was way to long. but this set is a great value for the price.

Rated 4 out of 5 by brickdude2580 Better than I expected
When I got this set, I wasn't expecting anything grand or over-the-top. And to be honest, it isn't. But it was better(and bigger) than I expected. Let's take a look at the minifigures, shall we?
This figure is very nice. He comes with a super confusing but good-looking papery-fabric waist cloak thingy. It has a red design on the black piece. The legs are plain black, but they're covered up anyways so it doesn't matter. He has some silver printing on his torso which looks nice. His eyes are white-ish blue like we've seen in the trailers, posters, etc. He has the slicked back hairpiece used on Draco Malfoy/Fenrir Greyback/Jek-14/Count Dooku/Chancellor Palpatine/General Zod.. I could go on for days. The hairpiece is appropriate though. He has a clip on his back to hold either his staff or blaster, which are both pretty cool. The staff is a bit long, but I can't come up with an equally accurate and shorter way to make it. Chirrut has a smiling face and a serious one. Overall a cool minifigure.
Imperial Hovertank Pilots:
Man, LEGO is nailing it with all these Rogue One-exclusive Imperial troopers. The Imperial Hovertank pilots have new helmet pieces with some really nice printing. The same helmet mold is used on the shore troopers in the TIE striker set. The torso design is good and continues into the legs. The legs on these minifigures are very nice. They have black printing down to the knees, which have those standard triangular plates on them. Underneath the helmets are- you guessed it- the ANGRY CLONE FACE. If LEGO uses that head one more time on a non-clone trooper, I will soon have that expression on my face. Use the black printed heads from 2012! Heck, use plain black heads! Those would look better as well. Anyways, my rant is over. Two Hovertank pilots are included. Yaaaaaaay!
Now for the actual hovertank itself. There is a decently sized cargo area on the back, and one large orange crate thingy is included. This is a quite large and nice crate, and it can be opened to store a pistol and a pair of macrobinoculars. There are these sort of vents on each corner of the tank, which are pretty cool. On each side of the tank there are double-barrel cannons, which can be swiveled around a full 360 degrees, if you're not resting the tank on the ground. There is also a double barrel cannon in the front center of the tank, and two spring-loaded shooters are integrated in very nicely. They can be activated remotely by turning a gear on each side. On top of the cockpit area is a turret, and the cockpit area has a small amount of greebling. The top and front of the cockpit area can be opened, where both of the Imperial Hovertank Pilots can be seated. Finally, the tank has transparent wheels on the bottom, so you can sort of make it look like it's floating. That is, on hard surfaces. It doesn't really roll on carpet.
So overall, this set is nicer and bigger than I expected. The tank is a good size and the minifigures are good too. I give it 4 out of 5 stars.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Archangel85 They've got TANKs!
I'm a huge starwars fan and life long collector of LEGOs.
This set was awesome edition to my collection and the build was easy and a semi-quick build. This caught my attention mainly because I love tank warfare but also because it's a hover tank and not tracked vehicle.
First glance it has a epic design and unique approach to warfare in this theme. It's also nice to recognize the fact its a set that hasn't been reenvisoned multiple times like several of the other sets have.
The mini figures are awesome especially the tank pilots.
Hover tank looks designed very well in comparison to the one seen in the Rogue One trailer, accuracy counts for something in my book. The addition of new pieces at least in my case, allows for customization of home builds/Mocs. This set for the price is reasonably priced, which would allow me to buy multiples of in order to create a massive LEGO battlefield using hover tanks should I so desire.
Moc wise, the relatively simple design allows you to use this as a baseplate build should you want to build your own custom hover tank or add on to this set. The potential builds are endless. However reality limits you depending on the pieces in your possession. The LDD thou could greatly expand your ideas.
All in all I have no complaints about this set/build.
Both child and adult will like this set.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Gree42ndlegion GREAT VALUE FOR MONEY!!! A BEAST OF A TANK!!!
The tank is amazing as a display and play piece fitting brilliantly with existing imperial vehicles like the AT-AT,AT-DP,AT-ST and the imperial troop transport.
A fairly large build
Highly detailed mini figures
Imperial tank troopers look epic!!!
Chirrut's bowcaster ,blind staff and robes.
Rotating laser turrets, concealed see through wheels which makes the tank look like it hovers, space inside tank and flick fire missiles.
Cons: Perhaps an extra minifig or 2 for the price like a stormtrooper commander, rebel soldier or an alien civilian from the planet Jeddah.
Chirruts face could be made to look a bit more aged by adding jaw line graphics.
The roof of the tank should have a circular hatch so a tank trooper can half lookout the top with his binoculars.
