Rated 3.3 out of 5 by 6 reviewers.
Rated 1 out of 5 by Waste of money-very poor quality Don't buy this product! Instructions very poor. Not enough screws provided, one of the side panels was bowed, one of the windows was cracked, a couple of holes in the walls including where they are supposed to be tongue & grooved. Two knots are ready to fall out! Drafts from the joins as fillets are too thin and bowed! Had to pay a joiner to fix doors as they didn't fit - one badly bowed - had to plane tops and sides of both doors to eventually fit. Instructions made no mention of having a damp proof membrane between joists and bricks-do this first before building the house as with the rain I now have seepage through the joists! If I could I would send it back! If you can, buy a more expensive product as this was just a waste of money! 11 August 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 Excellent summer house for the money This is a well constructed and easy to assembly summer house. Despite a previous review, I thought the supplied instructions good and easy to follow. Looking forward to using it this summer. 08 May 2014
Rated 3 out of 5 by Looks good when built This is a Shire product. Delivery prompt within agreed window. Driver took it down to garden. Instructions are a poorly written photocopy barely legible. Looks good once built. 3 stars due to instructions. 09 June 2013
Rated 4 out of 5 by Great wee potting shed Great value for money, delivery driver very helpfull 26 March 2014
Rated 4 out of 5 by Not bad at the price This is a good little summer house if you are not looking for top notch quality, but at the price it is very good and should hopefully last a few years. The instructions are all but useless, so assembly was a bit of a chore, but once together it will do the job. 15 September 2014
Rated 3 out of 5 by Looks ok now painted Took a whole day to put together.. Lots of extra nails.. Delivery was late 07 September 2014

    Answer:
At least the size of the summerhouse. Put damp proof membrane on top between concrete and joists otherwise you will get water seepage through the joists in the floor when it rains (which I discovered!)

    Answer:
It's not that heavy. I would recommend lining it though as walls very thin and drafty.
