I am using the chair now, and after several hours continuous use, I remain comfortable. Lumbar support could be slightly better but otherwise, fine. Easy to put together.

Rated 1 out of 5 by vortigon No padding, seat padding flat within the day
It looked great in the pictures, but after I used the chair for about an hour, the seat padding was already completely flat down to the metal, it's all air there is virtually no foam in the seat at all! (I am 15 Stone). Also the recline feature is poorly designed, even on the lowest tension you cannot lean back and relax, the balance is wrong and it wants to keep pushing you back upright.
Very dissaponted and feel ASDA have done no testing of this product whatsoever, I have bought chairs half this price with better padding in the past.

Easy to assemble. I had the office chair assembled in under one hour. Very comfortable chair.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Ladybirdl Quality chair
This is a very good quality office chair. It is well padded and the height and tilt are fully adjustable. The back cover is zipped so it can be washed but unfortunately the seat cover is not. It is easy to put together once you have managed to remove the screws. It comes with the screws screwed into the seat and I had a lot of trouble removing one of them. Also, the instruction sheet shows the seat assembled the wrong way. The correct way is with the adjustment lever on the right hand side when assembled. To adjust the tilt, you have to pull the lever out. This is not very clear in the instructions. The delivery was extremely quick - 3 days direct from the manufacturer.

Rated 4 out of 5 by paddler Two very tedious assembly issues but product good
All the screws are already screwed into the chair seat and back so they have to be removed in order to assemble. They are, however, locked in with blue threadlock - this made them difficult to extract and the seat screws needed a large wrench and some effort to remove causing some damage.
Diagram 3 of the instructions is incorrect - if you assemble in this way (as I did) the chair reclines forward instead of back so it was necessary to undo and correct the orientation.
Have notified the manufacturers.
