Non-George Products (UK only)
Branded products that are non-George but are available to order from George.com are excluded from the 100 Day Satisfaction Guarantee. These can be refunded or exchanged under our 28 Day Changed Your Mind Policy. The products must be unused in a sealable condition, including any additional components that came as part of the order.
Return are free of charge. Returning small and medium items 60cm x 60cm x 90cm, just repackage your unwanted items completing the returns note with the reason code. The easiest way is to attach the returns to.you *insert logo* label that came with your order or you can print a label in an Asda store with the order number or at home through the Asda website - www.george.com/returns - follow the toyou link. Return to store for a refund using the returns dropbox or at the click and collect service point.
