Returning George Orders

100 Day Satisfaction Guarantee

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your George Clothing or George Home product, simply return it within 100 days with proof of purchase for an exchange or refund. George branded products only. Excludes watches, jewellery, hair accessories, part assembled flat pack furniture and mattresses. Your statutory rights are not affected. UK Mainland stores only. Excludes franchises.

Returning your order to George has just got easier!

George has partnered with Collect+ to enable customers to return a vast range of products (See conditions below), FREE OF CHARGE, using any of over 4,000 UK local stores. Most George customers live within 1 mile of one of these stores, which are open from early in the morning until late in the night, 7 days a week, making the return of the item you have ordered as convenient as possible for you!

All you have to do is this:

  1. Complete your returns information on the George returns delivery note included in your order

  2. Peel off the Collect+ returns label from the insert that came with your order and attach it to your parcel, ensuring any original delivery labels are covered

  3. Simply take your parcel to ANY of 4,000 local stores offering Collect+ services. You'll receive proof of postage and a code to track your return online

  4. You can find your nearest store at ww.collectplus.co.uk or text COLLECT and your postcode (e.g. COLLECT NG23 5HD) to 84555.
    Texts from 84555 are FREE to receive. Texts to 84555 are charged at your standard network rate. Full terms and conditions at www.collectplus.co.uk/smsterms

If you no longer have the Collect+ returns label that was sent with your order, simply follow the instructions at www.collectplus.co.uk/asda and print off your own unique Collect+ returns label.

Only orders that meet the following conditions may be returned using Collect+:

  • Returned parcels must have specific dimensions of no larger than 50cm x 30cm x 30cm.

  • Returned parcels must not weigh more than 10kgs.

  • Returned parcels must have the appropriate Collect+ label attached.

Parcels that do not adhere to the above three points will be rejected at the Collect+ collection point.

Returns Process

We're sure you'll love your George purchase however if you need to return anything to us please use one of the following options:

Return to Store

You can take your item to any Asda Superstore or Asda Living store along with the Despatch Note you received in your parcel and the Debit / Credit card which you used to buy the goods. We will refund the purchase price of the returned items or exchange for another item if you prefer. Product marked "Online Exclusive" cannot be returned to store.

You can also return the purchased item to an Asda Supermarket store where you have collected the product from the store (all store details are available on the Asda store locator).

Return by Post

You can send your product back to us including the Despatch Note you received in your parcel via the Post Office at the address shown below. Please note that the Post Office will charge you for this service and we recommend that you ask for a free Certificate of Posting and take a note of the Order number on the Despatch Note as this may help us keep track of your parcel. Your refund will be credited back to your Debit / Credit card when we receive your parcel. Your statutory rights are not affected in any way.
