Our customers say

Rated 4.4 out of 5 by 29 reviewers.
Rated 4 out of 5 by Bought this item last month, totally surprised & delighted, easy cleaning, items cooked quickly, also the size, not a big round utensil, which I previously had and was a nightmare to clean, I deleted one star for it being a bit tinny...but all in all, a product I would recommend...especially as I even got it, in the sale. 19 July 2016
Rated 1 out of 5 by Handle Doesn't Fix I set it all up as per the instructions and had no problems aside from the frying basket handle didn't fit the basket securely. I wedged it into place and as soon as the oil had heated up it became unsecured and unsafe. I couldn't get the handle to fix back in so returned this item. 06 June 2016
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great product and best price from Asda. I would definitely recommend this fryer to anyone and Asda had the best price, this is my second fryer and by far the best. 26 May 2016
Rated 5 out of 5 by Excellent item for price Bought this over easter weekend thinking it wouldn't be with me for 3 or 4 days. Had an email next day to say it was ready for collection !! Very happy with the service and the item. 06 April 2016
Rated 5 out of 5 by Chip shop chips! I've had my fryer for about 8 months now and have been really pleased with it. I've had no problem with the handle at all, it fits really securely. Previously, I had an attached lid fryer which I found really difficult to clean properly because of the electrics, but this one separates into 3 main parts really easily so it's simple to clean 02 February 2016
Rated 3 out of 5 by Good fryer Works well. Don't like how u hv to remove lid while frying 24 January 2016
Rated 5 out of 5 by Stylish and affordable Does the job and saves time 28 November 2015
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great fryer Nice fryer, doesn't take up too much counter space. I was almost put off by other reviewers complaining about the lid as it's a 'dust cover only'.... who cooks with the lid on? I never have. Excellent fryer would highly recomend 14 September 2015

Cooking chips!

I recently bought this fryer but have had some trouble using it to cook chips. I have found that they brown extremely fast without fully cooking through and do not go crispy as fried chips usually do. Any tips?

Double fry them, a lower temp first to cook them through then let them drain for a few minutes. Then raise the temp (180) and cook till crispy.

No you cook without the lid on, must admit I was a little dubious at first, but everything seems great and no filter to keep buying.

Answer:
No lid for use during frying, just as a dust cover. No filter. However, having had filtered models previously I truly prefer this one

Answer:
No - you use thos priduct under and extraction hood or open window. This lidnis removed whilst cooking and so does not require a filter. Much easier and cheaper to keep clean.

I would like to know the dimension to see if it's near to my current fryer as I've previously bought another but that was so small in every way.
