Rated 4.2 out of 5 by 9 reviewers.
Rated 4 out of 5 by A Good Old Fashioned scary movie According to most of the reviewers thus far, The Woman in Black was a letdown. So perhaps it is because I went into the film with no expectations that I came out of it impressed and very, very shaken.I would not nominate this film for any kind of award, but it achieves what I believe should be the ultimate goal of all "horror" movies: to draw us in so close that when our fear manifests itself on-screen, it is already too late to turn away. 19 December 2012
Rated 4 out of 5 by A good movie The movie was good and Daniel Radcliffe was excellent as usual. The actress who plays the Woman in Black is Liz White who I think is brilliant. The story has its twists and turns and a few scary moments also. Enjoyed it. 04 December 2012
Rated 4 out of 5 by Good scary movie Have seen the play, and read the book this movie also is a very good addition to the woman in black, different twist but jumps all the way, good buy. 18 December 2012
Rated 5 out of 5 by The woman in black reveiw Do you like scary films? if you dont do not watch this film as it is more scarier than paranoramal activity. Im guessing you do like scary films. The woman in black has a history, she had a lovling husband, son and family but one day this all went wrong. Her sister took away her son and never spoke to her again. One day the little boy went out to play and got stuck in the marsh and drowned, as soon as the woman in black heard she decided to kill herself and thought that if she couldnt or wouldnt have a child no one could have one so she decides to kill a lot of kids. Daniel Radcliffe is the main charater in this film, everytime he see's the woman in black she kills a child. so he decides to do someting about it, he thought that if her child got rescued from the marsh and get a proper funeral she would be put to peace. ut he was wrong this only made her angrier and she decides to walk his kid infront of a train, but daniel jumps infront of the train to rescue his child. Unfrotunatley the both died and the ending is very happy because they see the mum and walk to heaven with her:) 20 June 2012
