If you’ve chosen to collect your order from store we’ll send you another email and/or text message once your item(s) arrive.

  • When you go to pick up your order from an Asda store please take along your order confirmation email and the payment card you used to pay for the order.  You'll be able to collect your order from the Click and Collect collection point and one of our colleagues will be happy to help you.
  • When you go to pick up your order from a Collect+ location please take along the email and/or text message containing your 7-digit Collect+ reference number and one of the proof of IDs listed.
