Please follow the steps below.

1. Complete a Return Note.

   You should have received this in the package when you got your items. If this is missing, you can print a new one.

   If you don't have access to a printer, please copy the details onto a piece of paper.

2. Prepare your package.

   Make sure to include Return Note and affix an address label to the outside of the package:

3. Return to any Post Office

   Keep your proof of delivery receipt.

4. Keep an eye out for your refund.

   This may take up to 10 days.
