I searched so many shops looking for a parasol and it wasnt in my budget to be spending £25, which was the average cost of most of the parasols in the shops. I came across this one when I looked on Asda Direct and thought £8 was a great deal. I got it delivered to my local store for free and was really happy with the the overall quality. It comes with its own case for storage when not using and the fabric is excellent quality. It could have been a little bigger, but for £8 its well worth it. Would recommend.

Bought this at a whim when I noticed the price, wasn't expecting too much but was only needed for a 7 night holiday abroad.
Looks nice when put up and feel pretty solid, like all the other reviews it is very very difficult to bend the bottom spring bit. At first we didn't think it could bend so I had to google it to check, it took some force and a lot of panic that it was going to break but finally did it. Other than that it is absolutely perfect for what we need and can not grumble at the price!

I know the tag on the umbrella says "fits most pushchairs" and this is true. I have a Chicco travel system and it does not fit. The clamp is designed for small circular frames so if your pushchair or pram is not that then the likelihood is that it wont fit. Ive even tried it on the shopping basket part as thats not as thick but it doesnt reach over the pram and kept falling off.
The umbrella itself is nice and is well made so its just a shame that its not universal.

Rated 5 out of 5 by cholecalciferol Better than I'd expected for the price
The parasol is smaller than I’d expected with a 2ft diameter approx. I just wanted it to shade my head when sunbathing and it does this perfectly well although to make it fully light-proof you need to drape a towel or something over it. I’ve had it a few weeks and the clip is still working fine. It seems reasonably sturdy. It’s easy enough to get the parasol positioned as I want.

hate this parasol, was so dissapointed when I opened it up. Looked great online. The only good thing about it it is able to be put away if small bag when not needed as can unscrew it in half! The material is so cheap, it is tiny! Didnt help matters i bought it online and when got it home after collecting it it was dirty!!!! Had def been used!It been returned!

Rated 2 out of 5 by cm79 the 'universal clamp' is not universal
I have had to return it because it doesn't fit the Petite Star Kurvi travel system. The 'universal clamp' is very tiny so beware. The parasol is also smaller than I expected. I have realised that as much of a cheapskate as I am, there are some things you need to pay a little more for - parasols being one of them.

Bought this parasol as most of the reviews said it was good value for money, which yeah when I got it I thought it felt sturdy and was a reasonable price. However when I went to use it, it snapped within 4 hours of me having it. I wouldn't recommend this product at all.

Rated 3 out of 5 by justjojo2015 Good Value, doesn't always fit
I would have expected this to fit on my pushchair, seeing as they are both the same make but it seems to be too small to go around the bars properly. I have yet to give it a good go though. The spring is very stiff and doesn't bend as easily as I would have though.
