We nearly chose a Bosche but preferred steel to plastic.
It looks great and toasts great.
Slightly amusing when only one slice is toasted - as it throws out the toast with such vigour that we wait to see whether we can catch it ... I'm sure it will calm down with old age like the rest of us.
We hadn't realised the top and button edge was shiny chrome rather than brushed stainless steel but it looks great anyway.
We are very pleased

Having had numerous bad experiences with the cheap basic range of toasters, I was looking for something more sturdy and decided to buy this and so far so good! Extra wide slots mean that crumpets, tea cakes etc can be toasted. It has a cancel button, defrost and reheat functions, removable crumb tray, and of course the dial for the browning control. Visually it looks very smart, chrome on the top and the side panel where the buttons and dial are located but white round the other sides, perfect for me as my other kitchen appliances are white so didn't want a fully stainless steel one. It's definitely a better and classier look than cheap white plastic. The handle feels sturdy when pushed down, a major problem with the cheaper toasters is that they stop clicking down into place after 5 minutes so this feels more robust. It seems to toast ok, of course some bread toasts quicker than others so adjusting the browning setting is necessary on all toasters. You can also lift the handle to pop your toast up higher to avoid touching the top of the toaster when removing it. It has a decent cable length which you can also tuck away underneath if you want it shorter. It does say in the description that is 'cooltouch' but it feels rather warm on the sides to me, that's the only minor fault I can find so far. There is also an extra years warranty if you register with Morphy Richards so fingers crossed I will get my money's worth one way or another. Also comes in a variety of colours to suit all tastes. Managed to get the white one in the sale and pleased with the price I paid. They say 'you get what you pay for' and I've lost count of the amount of cheap toasters I've had to replace after a few months, so definitely worth paying that bit extra for something of better quality
