The ASDA Direct service team can answer questions about the website, your orders and the delivery services provided to you by ASDA Delivery Limited. Please note though, that the team is English-speaking and can currently only respond in English. You can email us any time and we'll respond.

If you'd like to have items sent to separate addresses, please complete a separate order for each address. A separate delivery charge will be made by ASDA Delivery Limited for each address.

Items excluded from international deliveryNot everything we sell online is eligible for international delivery, for logistical or legal reasons. Here's a list of branded items that are not available for international delivery:-

For international deliveries outside the UK, the delivery service will be provided to you by Asda Delivery Limited. Asda Delivery Limited is part of the Asda group and specialises in providing delivery of items to international addresses.

Payment and VAT
We only accept payment in Pound Sterling and by credit or debit card or PayPal. All prices shown on the website for both items and delivery services are inclusive of any applicable UK VAT.
Changing, cancelling or returning an order
If you need to change details of your delivery address, remove items from your order or cancel it completely, please contact email us. Please be ready to quote your order number and order date.If your order has already left our warehouse for delivery to you, then you'll need to follow our Returns procedure below in the event of any unwanted items.
If you'd like to add items to your order, please place a new order for these items.
You have 28 days from receipt of the order (unless your item(s) is subject to the 100 day George guarantee) to return any unwanted or unsuitable items to us for a refund.
For international returns simply:
- Download and print the International Returns form by clicking the link International Returns Form.
- Repack the item along with the completed returns form
- Send back to: Asda Direct, PO Box 9564, Newark, NG24 9GF, United Kingdom
We may not be able to process your return without the international returns form, so please don't forget to do this. We recommend you use a postal service that insures your contents and gives you proof of postage.
