George 100 Day Quality Guarantee
If you are not completely satisfied with the quality of your George clothing purchase, simply return it within 100 days with your proof of purchase for an exchange or refund. The guarantee excludes all footwear, all jewellery, hosiery and non cloth accessories. The normal 28 day returns policy applies to these items. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Returns Process
We’re sure you’ll love your purchase but if you do need to return anything to us please use one of the following options:-
Damaged or Faulty Item(s)
If your item is faulty or damaged please call us on 0844 824 3000 between 8am and 8pm, 7 days a week. Our customer advisors will be happy to assist you. Please note damaged or faulty goods cannot be returned to store.
The George wedding dress is only returnable to our online warehouse via post only following the instructions on your despatch note. Our stores will not be able to provide any refunds or exchanges. If you wish to return this product, please do so in an unused condition, the red swing ticket label must still be attached to the garment.

Return to Store
You can take your unused product to any Asda / Asda Living store along with the Advice Note you received in your parcel and the Debit / Credit card which you used to buy the goods. We will refund the purchase price of the returned items or exchange for another item if you prefer...
OR
Return by Post
You can send your unused product back to us including the Advice Note you received in your parcel via the Post Office at the address shown below. Please note that the Post Office will charge you for this service and we recommend that you ask for free Certificate of Posting as this may help us keep track of your parcel. Your refund will be credited back to your Debit / Credit card when we receive your parcel. Your statutory rights are not affected in any way.
