This is an inspiring gcook book, which details the reasons behind you wanting and needing to quit sugar. Can't wait to get started. Could do with a weekly meal plan and shopping list though.

I was really disappointed with this book, needed to reduce sugar intake due to type 2 diabetes, found the recipes awful, not everyday things that I could cook for my family
