I spent ages trying to find a new steam generator iron after my trusty Morphy Richards one gave up the ghost, it was over 6 years old and had been dropped a few times, so it had lasted well.
I was after a middle of the range model that produced loads of heat and steam to get through my pile of ironing as fast as possible. Well i'm happy to say that i found it in the Hinari.
It looks good, is quick to heat up and irons like a dream. Another bonus is that unlike my previous iron i don't have to change the filter cartridge every 6 weeks but can go a whole 6 months without that chore and expense.
I would recommend this product.

Have had a Tefal steam generator for 12 years which did cost a lot of money at the time but has lasted well. So thought I'd buy a cheaper iron hoping it would be just a good as the reviews and specs read well.
I was very disappointed with this iron. It took a long time to heat up and had to use the steam button constantly. I had to iron all sides of the shirts separately unlike the previous iron when ironing through the shirt worked both sides.
Asda have promised me a full refund if not happy therefore on my way to take it back.
Will purchase an iron with minimum of five bar pressure and 120g of steam output.

Rated 5 out of 5 by GADGETDADDY Great iron - Great price
when the wife dropped my Russell Hobbs iron, I was not best pleased (it was the 3rd time, and this time is was past fixing) so, I viewed the options for a replacement, I took a gamble on this iron after reading reviews, and on price, I WASN'T DISPOINTED, it is far better than the Russell Hobbs one, more power and steam, it is thirsty though, and goes through a fair bit of water making all that steam, but makes light work of that large ironing pile.. I'm not sure what the Higher price units do different, But if your asking me, save your money, and buy this one, it may not be the Rolls Royce of the ironing world, but does what it say on the tin (or the iron in this case!) Great piece of kit.

Did my homework and reviewed a lot of similar irons and this unit topped them all with one of the lowest prices to boot.
Very simple and straightforward to use and fits securely on the iron stand on the ironing board with excellent non slip rubber feet.
This iron makes easy work of even the most wrinkled washing and is a dream to use with various settings available to control both steam output and iron heat.
This is truly well designed and fantastic to use, making ironing a delight and not the chore it was using a standard steam iron.
Would thoroughly recommend this iron to all.

I bought this iron several weeks ago and have waited until now to write a review to make sure it was as good as I initially thought it was, and it is! I have had several steam generator items in the last few years and all of them have cost more than this one. I can't believe the price for this excellent iron. It is as good as any I have had, and better than most of them. You don't have to keep your finger on the steam button. You just press it at intervals. You also don't have to wait to re-fil the water as the iron isn't pressurised. The steam lasts for ages. I have just spent two hours ironing holiday clothes and only had to re-fil it once. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this iron and would definitely re-purchase in the future.

This is the third steam generator I've owned & the most competitively priced of them all.
Despite the price this Hinari compares very favourably with the other, more expensive models. This machine makes ironing easy, the iron is quite lightweight which I like & the rail at the back of the machine is an excellent idea as it stops the iron from sliding off the base (which did happen with my last one). The water tank is a bit hard to remove but seems to be getting easier with use. Overall I really like this purchase & would highly recommend it.

After my old trusty expensive Steam iron finally gave In after many years I wanted to replace it with something similar but at less cost.... Should have paid attention to the reviews and not bought so hastily. Switched iron on to test as soon as I got it home and water was not only leaking but pouring all over the floor. The whole water tank is very badly made and leaked all along the seals. Returned immediately to Asda who did refund with no quibble and I replaced it with a Swan powers team .... Much better product at the same price.

Purchased the Hinari Steam Iron and absolutely love it! Have tried and tested many steam Irons, the ease and use of this Iron is wonderful, I love the option of being able to pour directly into the opening at the top of the water tank without having to remove the tank which has been an ardious task with others that i have used! I would most deffinately reccomend this Iron to all. Asda's delivery time was far quicker than I had expected even though I had ordered on line. Well done Asda!
