Rated 5 out of 5 by Jayne0807 Healthy, satisfying food
This book arrived much quicker than I expected it to, and when I looked through the pages I saw loads of recipes that I couldn't wait to try.
The food isn't what I would call 'namby pamby' stuff, it's good wholesome food that, in the main, doesn't take forever to get ingredients together and involve a lot of faffing around.
I made my first dish yesterday and it came out of the oven looking exactly like the picture and tasted wonderful!
This isn't a diet book that you follow to lose weight, it's a book of healthy, interesting, cookable, calorie counted food that you can use as part of a weight loss regime or not.
Would recommend to everyone who likes their fruit and veg :)

Rated 5 out of 5 by beejaybeecat Down to earth and easy to follow!
This book combines all the things we know already but need to reminded of, with common sense tips and easy to follow recipes. I like the way every recipe is illustrated in full colour too- so you can see what you are aiming to produce. The boys are so down to earth in their approach that you are inspired to follow their example because you know it is indeed do-able!We all know what we need to do to lose weight, by eating more healthily and exercising more but it dosn't hurt to have a few reminders to help you stay on track and this book certainly provides that. Well done Si and Dave! Thank you.

Rated 5 out of 5 by CookingMama15 Great Low Cal Cook Book!
This is a great low cal cook book because the instructions are easy to follow, yet you still get fantastic tasting dishes. I also liked the helpful tips on weight loss from people who have actually done it. The food in this book is tasty and enjoyable unlike alot of low cal foods. There are a few dishes that I'm not that interested in trying, but thats just personal taste. So far I have made the spanish chicken, the cajun chicken and the chiken jalfrazi, all of which I will be making again as they were delisious! I also bought a copy for my mum who is not that into cooking, but since having this book she has been using it everyday and she loves it! I would recommend this book to anyone who is trying to lose weight, but is fed up of bland and boring food.

Rated 5 out of 5 by GeekGirl74 Not just a diet book
I bought this book after seeing a couple of episodes of their programme, I've only had the book and have already cooked 3 recipes from it and plan to cook another one tonight. All the recipes so far have been lovely and easy t cook and tasted so full of flavour despite being low calorie. Worth buying whether you are on a diet or not.
