Bought this product from ASDA as it was the only one that mentioned that it was ok to use during pregnancy and at a bargain price! Haven't regretted the purchase for one second! It is brilliant for doing all your exercises on and great for relieving back ache and other pains during pregnancy. Fully intend to use the product during early labour at home too!
The quality, appearance, value for money are all fantastic. Can't comment too much on durability as I've only had it for a few weeks, but so far so good. Due to the nature of the product it does take up some space, but this isn't specific to this particular gym ball - just worth baring in mind when considering the purchase of a gym ball in general.

I had been considering ways to do more exercise, particularly if it fitted in with being at home. Having looked online and seen favourable reviews regarding gym balls I decided to get one. I chose Asda as they seemed the most reasonable on price. The ball was ready to collect when promised and contained full instructions, a pump, tape measure to achieve the correct inflation and a chart with various exercises that can be done using the ball. Further exercises can be found online - just Google 'gym ball'! So far I have been using it nearly everyday and found it to be very effective. Takes a bit of practice balancing in some positions but have noticed with practice this is becoming less of an issue. I am certainly stretching the muscles and as a result feel more supple and energetic. Great product.

Exactly what i expected, great value for the price. I had previously bought a gym ball 9 years ago when i had my son and it was great. This time around i took a look at the offical birthing balls and there was no way i was paying them prices. This does exactly the same job and i intend on using it after with my exercise rountine

Definitely one of the cheapest out there, still a good piece of equipment.
It takes a while to get the hang of it. My recommendation is not to inflate it to the full. Makes it really hard to use, I was watching some videos to get some ideas for exercises and I noticed not one ball was fully inflated.
haven't had it for long enough to tell if my muscles are working better than at gym. Still I mix it with 1hr bike, I don't think it would do much on its own.

I use this ball to sit on as I'm pregnant. Its the only relief from the eeight of the baby i get. It's by far the cheapest Ive found and I'll be taking it into labour with me. Takes a good weight too. I've recommend it to my mum as well for her bad back.

I have purchased this ball as an aid to back pain during pregnancy rather than exercise and it has helped immensely I would definitely recommend it to other pregnant women as an aid to making them more comfortable in late pregnancy.
