Rated 4 out of 5 by MrsSomerhalder Cant beat the first Fifty Shades...
Fifty shades darker ... was a good purchase would recomend this to a friend only got it a couple of days ago and im already a quarter of the way through. Its a book that most open minded people will be excited about. I find it hard to put down even at 2 in the morning.... Although there are some things definitley wrong with it like the repetiveness at some parts such as "bite my lip" and "inner godess" which can get a bit annoying and If you are not very open minded i suggest you stay clear as it is very descriptive at some chapters which i realise some readers will not be accustomed to. Lastly this book is alot slower than the first which is a bit dissapointing. Overall i recomend this thrilling and exciting novel...

Rated 5 out of 5 by Bookworm32 Great books
I found 50 shades darker to be every bit as good as the first. The story draws you in more and more. I didn't find myself blushing as much with this book, although there is still a lot of detail in it and it still gets your heart pounding.
I have now read all three books, and was not disappointed with any of them. They are books that drag you from reality into a different world. I have never read so much in such a short space of time. Every free second, I felt the need to pick up my book to read more.
Looking forward to more books by EL James.

Amazing book amazing story! A great love story that evolves through the series of books this is even better and more gripping than the first. Mr Grey is the knight in shining armour who keeps turning up when she needs him the most. A definite must read!

I am not a big reader but since getting into the 50 Shades books I cannot put them down! The book is well written and keeps you guessing at every chapter, the characters are strong and throughout the first and second book you really start to get to know them and relate to them. The plot can sometimes be a bitslow but just as you start getting complacent, something happens and completly changes the direction of the book. Really enjoying it, looking forward to reading the final book.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Madasacat another good read
Now reading this book and as before with the other two books in the trilogy it is as good. After listening to everyone harp on about these books, i though i would have a read myself. yes they are racey, with lots of scenes explained, but beyond of of that, there is a story. I like to read, but if after the first chapter i cant get into the book, i put it down, never to be picked up again. This book was ok and didn't put it down unless to sleep. A quick, easy read!
