    Parental Advisory Explicit Content

The self-titled set is the artist's first visual album.

BEYONCÉ is infused with 14 new songs and 17 visually stunning, provocative videos shot around the world from Houston to New York City to Paris, and Sydney to Rio de Janeiro, all before the album's release.

I see music,” says Beyoncé about her decision to create a visual album.
It's more than just what I hear. When I’m connected to something, I immediately see a visual or a series of images that are tied to a feeling or an emotion, a memory from my childhood, thoughts about life, my dreams or my fantasies. And they're all connected to the music.

Rated 5 out of 5 by BEST ALBUM OF THIS YEAR Its soooooo good love the new type of music!! The great mix of tunes and the messages some songs have !! Bought it for my cousin and sister and they loooved it Best Christmas present I reckon Definitely recommend that !!!!! 20 December 2013
Rated 5 out of 5 by Incredible Album. Beyoncé introduces a new, distinct approach to her album that's like nothing she's ever released. Its different, unique, and certainly refreshing. Sure, we have our typical heart-warming ballads like 'Heaven', 'Blue' and 'Jealous', but we also have some deep, meaningful tunes like 'Pretty Hurts', 'Haunted', '***Flawless' and 'Superpower'. The minimalist approach to this album means that everything is kept simple, but powerful. Every song is different and features a completely different message. This is without a doubt the best album of 2013. In addition to the incredible audio album, you also get a visual album, which is Beyoncé's own visual interpretation of every song. The music videos are visually stunning - they're almost cinematic, and they assist the songs greatly. Definitely the best videos would be 'Pretty Hurts' (a really strong and powerful message is conveyed in this video), 'Haunted' (an incredible, spooky approach), 'Blow' (a funky, colourful retro video), 'Angel' (a video that sees Beyoncé returning to her Houston hometown), 'Mine' (which sees Beyoncé in a desert), 'Superpower' (similar to her 'Run the World' video, and sees Beyoncé lead an army - features Kelly Rowland, Michelle Williams and Pharrell), 'Blue' (which was shot in Brazil) and arguably the best video, 'Grown Woman', in which we see videos of Beyoncé as a child (with Kelly Rowland), contrasted with her as a woman. So to conclude, just buy this album; you won't regret it. In fact, it's not even an album, it's a JOURNEY. 24 December 2013
Rated 5 out of 5 by Bow Down King B is back with her 5th studio album, which in my eyes is her best work to date. Not only are you getting an amazing album your getting a video for ever song on the album. Simply amazing. 21 December 2013
